Rachel
Rachel Robinson joined Aeon as president and CEO, bringing more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing development, finance and operations. Most recently, she served as deputy commissioner of Minnesota Housing, where she helped oversee a $1.4 billion portfolio supporting housing stability across the state. Earlier in her career, Rachel founded and managed the NOAH Impact Fund at the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund and held housing development and management roles with JLPope Associates and CommonBond Communities.
Rachel is a mission-driven leader with a strong track record of advancing innovative housing solutions and strengthening communities. At Aeon, she leads the organization’s efforts to create and sustain quality affordable homes, building on its legacy of partnership, impact and long-term affordability. She holds degrees from the University of Minnesota’s Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs and Macalester College.
