Autumn
Autumn DeLong-Rodgers (she/her) has been at Aeon for six years, serving in multiple roles across the organization. She currently serves as Executive Vice President of Advancement & Resident Connections, where she leads Aeon’s fundraising, external engagement, and resident-centered programming in support of the organization’s mission to create and preserve affordable homes.
In this role, Autumn works to align resources, partnerships, and storytelling with the lived experiences of residents. She oversees Aeon’s advancement strategy and supports advocacy and leadership initiatives in partnership with residents who have experienced homelessness and housing instability. These resident leaders play a vital role in shaping and sharing the impact of Aeon’s work.
Autumn is a graduate of Union Theological Seminary in New York City (MA ’22) and Macalester College in St. Paul (BA ’20).
In her free time, you’ll find Autumn singing, reading, or walking outside with her rescue pup, Sparky, and her husband, Dominic.
