About Aeon’s approach to neighborhoods

Aeon has been developing and managing affordable housing in the Twin Cities since 1986. We don’t just place buildings in neighborhoods,  we invest in them. Several of our longest-standing communities were renovated at the direct request of neighborhood organizations, and many have been part of the same blocks for decades.

Our Resident Connections team works with residents at many communities to connect them with local resources; employment support, healthcare access, financial counseling, and more. A stable home is most valuable when the surrounding community is stable too.
