Tax Credit Opportunity

The State Housing Tax Credit (SHTC) Program allows Minnesota taxpayers to accelerate growth of affordable housing through an exceptional 85% tax credit on dollars contributed to select new housing developments.

In 2026, select Aeon communities will be qualified projects. If you are interested, but can’t attend the event, please indicate below and we will reach out with more information!

You will be able to drive up to the front door, however one flight of stairs is required to access the event space.
