“Recently, in one of our buildings, the residents wanted to know more about what we could do for those they see outside who are experiencing homelessness. I explained that Aeon can’t always help everyone, but that they could attend city council meetings to express their concerns for these residents. I helped the residents find the information on those meetings, and then told them I could go with them. Sometimes, that’s what the residents need – someone to say, ‘I can go with you.’”
