Everyday Heroes, Extraordinary Impact
Each year, the Minnesota Multi Housing Association hosts the MADACS Awards—the state’s most prestigious recognition in the multifamily housing industry. These awards shine a spotlight on individuals who go above and beyond to create strong communities, deliver exceptional service, and make a lasting difference in residents’ lives.
This year, Aeon was honored to have four incredible team members nominated for their dedication, passion, and impact. Their work represents the very heart of Aeon’s mission—ensuring that every resident has a safe, stable, and dignified home.
And we’re thrilled to share that Amran, Resident Connections Program Manager, won the 2025 MADACS Award in the Resident Relations category!
