The State Housing Tax Credit Program offers Minnesota taxpayers (including businesses) an 85% tax credit on contributions that support affordable housing. Sponsors can amplify their impact by investing in Aeon communities designated as State Housing Tax Credit projects. Contact us to learn more.

Our annual Beyond Bricks & Mortar event brings together community leaders and supporters to explore Minnesota’s affordable housing landscape and celebrate Aeon’s impact. Sponsors will gain visibility across event collateral while supporting vital conversations about housing stability and resident success stories.

Our annual Give to the Max Day campaign in November and Year-End campaign in December provide an opportunity for sponsors to match donor dollars up to a certain dollar amount and gain visibility.

Volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to, landscaping, painting, building beds, serving a community meal, and crafting with residents at a community event. Some opportunities are available all year and others are season specific. These experiences are customizable to your company values.

Our sponsors often choose to pair a volunteer event with an in-kind donation. For instance, your company may choose to provide the food for a community meal or the landscaping supplies for your event. Other in-kind donation opportunities include, but are not limited to, backpacks and school supplies in August.
